Copyright. We all hate it, it annoys us all, but at the end of the day its necessary. Don’t you all hate it when you make a killer video for your bestie on her birthday, that not only took hours but also blood, sweat and tears. And then once you post it, for the whole world to see, it denies you, accusing you of breaking the law and copyrighting. Excusssse me I’m not going to prison for copyrighting, all l did was use a sick song!!!!! Arghh, so frustrating!
I know copyright is super inconvenient, however it is most definitely necessary. Trust me, if you were creating original content and posted it on the world wide web for everyone to see, then someone literally copies it and takes all the credit, you would be super pissed wouldn’t you?? So that’s why it’s necessary. It’s like if someone painted the Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh, and states they created it, they definitely didn’t and they can’t take the credit for it, or make money off it, cause its unfair.
Is everything protected by the copyright law? The answer is no!! Does that mean people can clone us and take credit and make money for how beautiful we are? Yes unfortunately it does.
